Job summary

S&S Tire is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to support warehouse and delivery operations. The role involves manual labor, lifting tires up to 150 lbs, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

You will load and unload tires, pack and palletize orders, and operate box trucks with emphasis on safety and customer service. Experience with driving and warehouse equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and tally tires for carriers; ensure accuracy.
• Select, pack, and palletize tires for customer orders per bin locator.
• Operate order picker, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect payments when applicable.
