Job summary

InnoSource is seeking Tire Testers for our Akron, OH operations. The role supports the Product Evaluation Department in testing a range of tires, collecting data, and ensuring reliable results. You will mount/dismount tires, operate test equipment safely, and help identify any issues that could affect test outcomes. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Identify test tires using mount/test sheets.
• Mount and dismount tires on test equipment.
• Measure and record data during testing.
• Detect machine malfunctions that affect results.
