InnoSource is seeking Production Associates for a major tire manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. You’ll work steady, active shifts with 12-hour rotations and a schedule that leaves half the month free.

You will support operations across plant areas, keep production lines running, and ensure quality and safety standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete for most of the shift, and have open availability for rotating days/nights.

If you'd rather stay active than sit at a desk, and you like seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, this could be the right fit for you. With 12-hour shifts, this full-time role only requires you to work 14 days each month – meaning a schedule with a lot of time off!

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you'll support operations across different areas of the plant, so no two shifts feel exactly the same. Your work helps keep the production lines running smoothly and ensures every tire meets quality and safety standards. On a typical shift, you'll:

• Assist with general labor and production tasks in various areas of the tire manufacturing plant
• Stay active with constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Follow detailed safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Meet production goals while keeping quality and safety front of mind
• Work both independently and alongside your team to keep the lines moving
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Skills & Knowledge

The people who do best here enjoy hands-on work, take their responsibilities seriously, and show up when the team is counting on them. If you have some manufacturing or warehouse experience, that's a plus, but a strong work ethic matters most. You'll be a great fit if you:

• Can lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift
• Can stand and walk for about 90% of a 12-hour shift on concrete flooring
• Have a sharp eye for detail and a safety-first mindset
• Take ownership of your work and meet production expectations
• Have a strong attendance record and understand how much the team relies on you
• Ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Education & Experience

Because the plant runs around the clock, this role works on a rotating schedule that includes day shifts, night shifts, and some weekends. In exchange for that flexibility, you get a schedule that leaves half the month free. To apply, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Open availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and some weekends
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
• A commitment to quality, safety, and following all OSHA rules and regulations
• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $14/hr - $16/hr
