Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in California is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will perform installations, rotations, inflations, TPMS calibration, wheel balancing, and battery testing, while delivering friendly customer service and supporting store goals.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 35–75 lb, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach, rebalance wheels.
Install/relearn TPMS calibration.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test batteries and service equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:
