Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service and perform work according to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Primary duties include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, rotating and inflating tires, testing TPMS, washing wheels, and assisting other staff. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35–75 lb are required. Training is provided. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Attach/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Promote store sales and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
