Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician in Watertown, SD. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, repair tires, rotate and inflate, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS. Batteries, washing, and test drives are also part of the role.

You’ll use service equipment, assist teammates, and occasionally perform offsite road services while delivering strong customer service and supporting store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds and varied physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels, test and install batteries.
• Operate and maintain service equipment and perform offsite road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
