Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Minnesota is seeking a Sales & Service tire installation, maintenance & sales teammate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs and calibrations, and provide outstanding customer service to every guest.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle road service as needed, and contribute to store sales while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales.
• Uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
