Qualifications

• Experience in tire services or automotive maintenance preferred, but training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform in a busy shop.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear and basic maintenance needs.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service options.
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
