Job summary

Tire Discounters is the nation's largest family-owned and operated tire business and is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Reynoldsburg, OH. This hands-on role focuses on replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles, with training designed to prepare you for more advanced positions.

You will install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and maintain the shop while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
