Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles while building hands-on skills for more advanced roles.

You will gain experience operating tire machines, maintain the shop, and assist customers in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment. This entry-level role offers growth into higher level technician positions.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
