Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service and complete work per policies and safety standards.

We offer on‑the‑job training, a pay range of $16.50–$28.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, disability coverage and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and support offsite service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
