Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will perform installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, rotate and balance, test TPMS, and assist customers with their tire needs.

You will also support offsite and emergency road service as needed. We offer on-the-job training, a pay range of $16.50–$28.00 per hour plus benefits; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing / rebuilding and/or relearning / calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
