Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will handle tire and wheel installation, repair, rotation, inflation, TPMS calibration, and basic battery testing while promoting the Best Tire Value Promise.

The position offers on-the-job training, a pay range of $16.50–$26.45 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, retirement, PTO, and life insurance. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
