Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service, perform tire mounting, wheel work, TPMS calibration and related vehicle stops, while following company policies.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay from $16.50 to $26.45 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and life insurance, retirement plan and paid time

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
