Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, perform TPMS calibration, and support offsite road service calls. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and helping customers with high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels on vehicles.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; test drivability.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS systems and sensors.
• Wash tires and wheels; inspect and ensure quality.
• Service vehicles and assist other staff as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to verify performance.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Promote store sales and the Best Tire Value Promise to customers.
