Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS. You will wash tires, test drive vehicles, and support offsite service calls while delivering outstanding customer service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes helping customers, increasing store sales, and following company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install and relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
