Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and on-site/offsite service driving. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, robust customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Washing tires and wheels; testing and servicing batteries; using and maintaining shop equipment.
Test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Assist other employees and ensure work adheres to company policies and Code of Conduct.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
