Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Washington to handle tire installation, maintenance and tire/wheel sales with strong customer service. You will perform TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assist teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license is required.

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, including repair, rotation, inflation and balancing.
Attach, calibrate and relearn TPMS, and test vehicle systems as needed.
Assist other employees and test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite work.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45
