Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking candidates for a Sales & Service role in Spokane, WA. The position focuses on tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance, delivering excellent customer care and following company codes of conduct.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include tire installation, maintenance, and TPMS calibration, along with assisting teammates and driving service vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Able to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to learn and perform tire installation and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test batteries and service equipment.
• Assist other employees and operate service vehicles as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to verify service quality.

Job Description

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels


• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires


• attaching and rebalancing wheels


• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS


• washing tires and wheels


• testing and installing batteries


• using and maintenance of equipment


• assisting other employees


• test driving vehicles


• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience

Qualifications
