Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales). The role involves installing and maintaining tires and wheels, rotating, inflating and rebalancing tires, and calibrating TPMS.

The incumbent will also wash tires, test batteries, and assist other staff while driving service vehicles for offsite and emergency work. We emphasize exceptional customer service and promoting store sales through the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Calibrate TPMS as required.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels;
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires;
• attaching and rebalancing wheels;
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS;
• washing tires and wheels;
• testing and installing batteries;
• using and maintenance of equipment;
• assisting other employees;
• test driving vehicles;
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
