Job summary

Les Schwab in Washington state seeks a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire and wheel installation, maintenance and related services. You will provide top‑notch customer service while completing work per company policies and safety guidelines.

Primary duties include tire/wheel installation and rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and preventative vehicle care. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced setting are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
