Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service professional to handle tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role includes installing and balancing tires, rotating and inspecting components, and providing road-service support as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy loads, and collaborating with team members to ensure top quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS components.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels


• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires


• attaching and rebalancing wheels


• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS


• washing tires and wheels


• testing and installing batteries


• using and maintenance of equipment


• assisting other employees


• test driving vehicles


• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience
