Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bozeman, MT is hiring a Sales & Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, calibrate TPMS, and assist with battery tests. You will use company tools and provide excellent customer service during every visit.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 35–75 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for promotion and tuition assistance; all tools are provided at

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including TPMS calibration.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Assist other employees and maintain equipment.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
