Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bozeman, MT is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and service tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, balance wheels, and support offsite road service as needed.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, safety, and efficiency, with on-the-job training. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 35–75 pounds and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced store

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.

• Test drive vehicles; assist other employees; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
