Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance, install TPMS, and assist customers with product recommendations.

You will deliver excellent customer service, promote store sales, and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer paid training, internal promotion opportunities, and tools provided at no cost to employees. This role includes lifting up to 75 lbs and outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including rotation, balancing, and TPMS calibration.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and store promotions.
• Use and maintain shop equipment; test drive vehicles; provide offsite/roadside service as needed.
• Support other team members and uphold company policies and Code of Conduct.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
