Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, and service TPMS systems while delivering excellent customer service to customers visiting the store or on the road.

The position offers on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and drive service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.50 - $26.45
