Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Elk River, MN is seeking a Sales & Service team member to perform tire installation, maintenance and tire/wheel service. You will install, repair, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, test drive vehicles and assist customers to choose the best tire value.

This on-site role offers on-the-job training and a wage range with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales.

• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.50 - $26.45
