Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Colorado is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to perform tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install/repair tires, rotate and balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist customers while delivering the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for on-the-job training.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.

• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.50 - $26.45
