Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Orange, CT area is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. We offer paid training and a guaranteed hourly rate with a weekly incentive program that can include bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.

As part of the Mavis family, you’ll join a nationwide automotive service organization with opportunities for growth. No prior automotive experience is required, and training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work 5 days per week
• No automotive experience required

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
