Mavis Tire, part of Pep Boys, is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our Hamden, CT centers. No experience is required and you’ll receive paid training while you learn automotive skills and earn extra pay through a weekly incentive program.

In addition to your hourly rate, eligible technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, with opportunities for career growth across the nation’s largest automotive service network of 4,000+ locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
