Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Manchester, CT centers. No prior automotive experience is required, as we provide paid training and a clear path to skilled tire service.

You'll earn an hourly wage plus a guaranteed weekly bonus program up to $800 during the introductory period, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels
• Rotate and balance tires
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services
• Follow established safety and service procedures
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
