Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Springfield, MA is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. You will receive hands-on training and can earn weekly incentive payments, with guaranteed bonus payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
