Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Columbus, OH area. No prior experience is required, with paid training provided and eligible for guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.

As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll learn hands-on skills, earn additional compensation through weekly incentives, and build a long-term career at over 4,000 locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-pace team.
