Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is expanding its Cincinnati, OH service centers and hiring Automotive Tire Technicians. No prior automotive experience is required; we provide paid training and a guaranteed hourly wage.

Eligible Tire Technicians can also earn weekly bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period as part of our incentive program. As part of a large nationwide service network, you’ll install tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, perform flat repairs, and follow safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work 5 days per week
• No automotive experience required

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team
