Mavis is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for our Columbus, OH service centers. No experience is required; we offer paid training and a base rate that is negotiable, plus substantial weekly bonus payments.

Eligible technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. Technicians install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs, and help keep customers' vehicles safe and on the road while enjoying a supportive, team-focused

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Contribute to safe vehicle operation while delivering quality service.
