Flynn's Tire is hiring Tire Technicians in Delmont, PA. No automotive experience or degree is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs grow within Flynn's Tire.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required; degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
