Flynn’s Tire in North Hills, PA is hiring Tire Technicians with no automotive experience required and paid training provided. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with opportunities to advance into Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, or Store Manager positions.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
