Job summary

Flynn's Tire is currently hiring Tire Technicians for our North Hills, PA location. No automotive experience or degree is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with 30+ locations across Western PA and Eastern OH. Flynn's Tire promotes from within and offers a clear career path toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
