Flynn's Tire in Johnstown, PA is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians. No automotive experience or degree is required; we provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a clear career path and growth across Flynn's 30+ locations in Western PA & Eastern OH.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to lift 20–80 lbs.
• Acceptable MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
