Flynn’s Tire is hiring Tire Technicians for our New Franklin, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, ideal for starting a career or seeking long-term growth with a defined career path. We have 30+ locations across Western PA & Eastern OH.

Qualifications

• Must have acceptable MVR and pass background check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required for Tire Technician role.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
