Flynn’s Tire in Boardman, OH is hiring Tire Technicians. No automotive experience or degree required; we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you grow within our company.

Entry-level position with both full-time and part-time opportunities, ideal if starting a new career or seeking long-term growth. Flynn’s Tire has a history since 1964, offers benefits like medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• MVR must be clean and pass background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No experience required for entry.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
