Job summary

Flynn's Tire is hiring Tire Technicians for our Clarion, PA location. No automotive experience or degree is required, and we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with opportunities to advance into higher roles within the company across 30+ locations in Western PA and Eastern OH.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Tire Technician position with paid training
• No automotive experience required; pre-employment drug screening may be required
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
