Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX, is hiring a Tire Technician for Mercedes-Benz of Austin. This full-time role focuses on mounting, balancing, and tire inspection, with lifting up to 50 pounds and a requirement for a clean driving record.

Starting pay is $20.00 per flag hour, plus a $300 boot allowance. Schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 7am–4pm, 40+ hours/week. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months of UTI student/technical schooling or tire/shop experience.
• Customer service and basic computer knowledge are used daily.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and balancing tires.
• Repairing leaks by patching/plugging when repairable.
• Inspect wear patterns and ensure proper tire inflation and placement.
• Customer service and basic computer use.
