Flynn’s Tire is hiring Tire Technicians for our New Franklin, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No experience required.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands‑on automotive skills.
