Job summary

Flynn’s Tire in Dover, OH is hiring Tire Technicians at our Dover location. This entry-level role requires no automotive experience or degree and includes comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires

• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing automotive skills
