Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, provide top-notch customer service, and support offsite and emergency road services. You will perform tire repairs, rotations, TPMS work, and battery testing while helping drive store sales.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and the Code of Conduct, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.

• Operate and maintain equipment; assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
