Les Schwab Tire Centers in Marshall, MN is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will install/rotate tires, balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and perform battery work, often using service vehicles for offsite tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels; TPMS calibration and relearning.
• Battery testing, installation and related service tasks.
• Washing tires and wheels; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Follow company policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
