Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Marshall, MN is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, alignments, suspensions, and related components, including TPMS and batteries. You will provide top-tier customer service and complete work per company standards.

Starting wage is $17.95 per hour with quarterly bonuses. Full-time hours are expected (40+ per week) with Sundays off and eligible benefits after meeting criteria.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and TPMS components
• Test drive vehicles and diagnose issues
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and assist with offsite services
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed

_*Career opportunities at our Marshall, MN location!!*__*Bonuses paid out 4 times per year and increase with tenure!!*__*Starting wage $17.95++ D.O.E.!!!*__*Sundays Off!!!*_*Job Description:**Brake & Alignment Technician*Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.*Primary Responsibilities:*Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
