Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Kuna, Idaho, is seeking a Sales & Service team member responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, while delivering outstanding customer service in line with company policies.

Primary duties include installing and balancing tires, servicing TPMS, testing vehicles, and supporting store sales with the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 35-75 pounds and frequent bending.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, inflating tires; rebalancing wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
