Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Battle Ground, WA to install and service tires and wheels and to support customers with high-quality service. You will perform tire rotations, TPMS calibration, battery tests and offsite service as needed, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with on-the-job training provided and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS

• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
